Of course we are not alone - what fool could possibly have the arrogance to assume that? Should we transmit a beacon?.....eh....NO! If some being has the technology to find us, they need not necessarily be friendly or "humane".
No, let's just wait till we can meet them on some kind of equal footing. That's at least another coupla thousand years of technology and evolution, I think.
Will we find aliens? - unlikely, in my lifetime - but it's fun looking - maybe they'll find us first - wouldn't that be scarey? |
