in a wide range of areas, including planetary science and global seismology. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

Obviously the question of extraterrestrial life is a controversial one. I
personally believe that there is life somewhere else in the universe, and,
given the age of the universe, there should be literally millions of "intelligent"
life forms and civilizations out there. Running SETI@home allows me to do my
part in the discovery of such ET life. |
