Profile: Jim Locke

Personal background
I am a Computer Network Support & Consultant type of guy, been running Seti@Home for quite a while now. I believe distributed computing can be benefical to everyone so I volunteer 1/2 my machines to seti and 1/2 to uds.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Who really knows, it's only our arrogance that makes us think were alone. The only danger is public hysteria because of the unknown factor. Transmitt away, should xmitt the info of a single freq. to monitor for incoming traffic.

Only thing i can think of would be to add the option of listening to the packet just analysed.

Jim..
