Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I ran seti@home for quite a while on a much slower machine, and thought that I'd check it out again. I was surprised to find BOINC up and running. Which is a very good idea, for obvious reasons. The only thing I'd suggest is making the graphics a priority, because it takes some patience for the casual user to just let it eat up processor power quietly.
