Personal background
I'm 32 and I'm a network and GNU/Linux specialist. I love computer science and the way it can be used to help us in a regular day to day life.

SETI has always been something I was very interested in, but I joined the project only after reading "Is anyone out there?" by Frank Drake. I started to be interested in BOINC architecture and cluster technology.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
SETI is a great concept! I hope we are not alone in space, but the only way to be sure is to scan radio signals. It's great that SETI guys give everyone an opportunity to participate in this important joint venture!
