| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I run SETI@home now because I believe that there is life out there and it's only a matter of time until we discover it. I recently just got back into the project after having crunched nearly 30,000 WUs during SETI@home classic. However, when I ran it during the classic era it was more for bragging rights than for anything else... how many WUs my computers could crunch in comparison to others on my team. I do it now because I truly believe that life exists in this universe, other than on our little planet. |
