| Hi to all the Seti@home people from around the Earth. I am from Great Britain and at this minute in time it is raining, England's winter slowly creeping in. This is a new hobby for me, but always been interested in things we do not know about, ET for one. Currently going through a crisis at work, they want to make people redundant, maybe I will escape to Arecibo radio observatory to help find ET, well it is only a dream, but a good one. |

where there is water there is life, are we that unique? that there is know water any where else outside our Solar System, that we be presumptuous. ET are out there, if you were travelling to a star like ours would you want to get in contact with us, all our wars, conflicts, destruction, i dont think so, that begs the Question will they get in contact? if they can travel from where they are from, obviously they are far more intelligent than we are, so they would approach us with caution, only if they have the concept of wars and destruction like ourselves. We have seen footage of UFO's fake or real, they seem to be cautious so they may have the same concept as ours, are they similar? our World is so stubborn that any interference from out side our world would be greeted with hostility, that is human nature, all the religions of the world would feel that there religion may not be worth anything, may cause insecurity amongst the people unrest throughout the world. I think ET are bedding them selves in slowly so that our Worlds people are aware that they exist. I just hope the benefits outweigh the dangers.For man to send out signals shows we are a curious race of people and social beings, we have good and evil, love and compassion all traits an intelligent ET may have the concept of, or not. Signals and pictures of our human
nature to send to ET to understand what kind of world and species we are.
The Governments throughout the World should be sponsoring this project, but i think they are afraid of what they may find or found? so it is up to us and the brilliant work that you do at Arecibo radio observatory to find out for ourselves. Next time there is a space flight to the Moon ask them to install a radio observatory there it might get us closer to ET?
