Personal background
Hello everyone!  I retired from the USMC after 20-years of service and now am on disability, due to several health issues. I am 43-years old, and from time-to-time an adjunct professor at Park University and Embry-Riddle University.  I am delighted to learn from others, and beleive that a day will not go by that one will not learn something if you keep your eyes and ears open!   I have experienced the phenomenon of (2) sightings of unexplained objects (1) In the summer of 1976 in Northern Minnesota (which lasted 3-consecutive evenings), and again in 1996 in 29 Palms CA over Joshua Tree National Park // I believe in  dreams, and everyone should follow theirs!   --  Like the Grateful Dead, miss Jerry, and I identify with Dylan.  Credentials are as follows: BA Social Science Chapman University; MA, Managagement, National University; Ph.D. Organization and Management Capella University.  My job in the Marine Corps was electronic arial surveillance, working with radar, and data-link interface systems.  Even though I have a Ph.D., I prefer to be called Mike! All the letters after the name are just representing something I wanted to accomplish, and for me, offering different ways of looking at life.  Now the questions....1.  Running SETI at home in order to help the greater whole -- this computer is sitting here doing nothing 99% of the day.2.  The project is most worthy, worthwhile, and puts life in perspective - as large (immense), as the universe is, it would be reasonable to contact others, or they to contact us.  Only limited minds, no sense of creativity, and narrow-minded people think they are the center of the galaxy.  3.  HELP -- I am, a computer clutz......I henpeckeed my way through my dissertation.  Thanks Mike
