I am a professional programmer, working on a medical supply database system for the US Army. I retired as an E-7 from the military(Semper Fi!),I'm interested in WWII aircraft, armored vehicles and butterflies. I'm currently a crew member on a B-25 Mitchell bomber, have 12 years experience as a tank commander/platoon sergeant, and have four butterly gardens in my yard.
Even though the numbers suggest it, I find it difficult to believe in extra-terrestrials, but I don't have any reluctance to explore it. |

I don't think intelligent life exists out there.
We should certainly send a beacon as long as the question is unresolved.
I run set@home to make use of the spare computing time, to be a part of the experiment. I think it's a great idea, and apparantly, so do thousands of others. |
