Hello everyone, currently living in Tampa Florida and loving it. I really enjoy exploring places I cannot get to with the aid of my computer so that would be my favorite hobby. I am ex military (Air Force) but have been working in IT support since getting out. My father was also military so I have had the pleasure of traveling a large portion of the world.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Running SETI@home is my small way of being involved in one of the most exciting projects I can think of. I feel that much more could be done toward this kind of research however those that hold the purse strings are having a tough time justifying the expense. So the only thing that we can do is to keep plugging away and make it impossible for them to ignore by discovering that one voice from afar.
