Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Extraterrestrial life must exist, mainly due to statistical reasons. I believe humans will discover it just when their technology will be advanced enough. Difficultly it could be a dangerous discovery, just like it's not dangerous for me to know about the existance of New Zealand, also if I won't never go there (sigh).

We have also to let them know of us. They have to know I'm here. Maybe they could give me a trip for New Zealand.. Seriously, I don't see anything bad in that. We could ask them if they had something like Bush family over there, and how they shut them up...

I'm here because I like contributing to intelligent things as much as I hate stupid ones. Surely I won't stay here if you start searching for new Extraterrestrial Popstars. Anyway, it doesn't cost me any more then a few wasted cycles from my CPUs. If you're starting to develope something for the reuse of wasted neurons, it's plenty here in my head.
