Profile: Scott Parker

Personal background
I am 14 years old and in the 8th grade. I've been interested in astronomy ever since I was 7. Last year I took a trip to Kit Peak observatory and took several pictures with their CCD camera.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I believe there has to be life out there somewhere because the universe is to big for there not to be.
I hope we find something.
I also think humans should transmit a beacon because other people may be listening like we are and not send there own beacons and if there's nothing to be heard whats the point of the program.
