| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. Why do you run SETI@home? Because I feel that mankind has a greater potential. If we could just get over our petty differences (land,money,etc) and work together we as a planet could do absolutely anything.
2. What are your views about the project? Its an outstanding idea. To let the general populous of the world participate in a joint project is outstanding.
3. Any suggestion? Only one. It would be nice to see a graphic version of the program for those who would like to run it. I could show the stats of the SETI@home project as a whole and show what portion of the project that particulate account is working on. If there is already a way to do this, maybe make it easier for the average person (someone with little computer knowledge) to access the program. |
