Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. Why do you run SETI@home?
2. What are your views about the project?
3. Any suggestions?

Ad 1: It allows me to stay involved in Astronomy. I think it is important to know, whether we are alone in our galaxy or if there is a galactic community out there. I am exciting about space science and feel that this is where our future lies.
Ad 2: Awesome. Simple but effective way of leveraging unused computing power.
Ad 3: Difficult to say. Maybe something along like this: Many companies like mine do not allow to install SETI@Home. How to amend this. I know in my company there are thousands and thousands of very powerful PCs and of course they are not used at all times. This is a huge resource untapped. Maybe there could be made a special package for companies.
