My name is Jaap van den Berg (born in 1957) and currently working as a senior designer of mobile networks at a large telecom-company in the Netherlands.
I'm living with wife and two kids somewhere between Rotterdam and The Hague.
Most important hobbies: Computers, Internet, digital photo and video, astronomy, electronics-amateur-radio and last but not least: drinking Belgian beer and having a good time..! |

I run SETI@Home because computers, Internet and astronomy are my hobbies and it's nice that these hobbies can be useful to the science-community.
Suggestion: try to generate some more publicity for the project in the media (Discovery Channel, etc.) |
