Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI because it's fun and for the science. I've always been interested...from watching Sagan's Cosmos to calculating the height of Mt. Piton in a college astronomy class. Then Hubble changed how we look at the universe and our little place in it. Truly incredible and then the math, the math is so very hard to deny. There are billions of stars in our galaxy and knowing that, take a look @ the Hubble Deep field images, it is nothing short of astonishing!!!
