Personal background
I'm a student from denmark, currently studying traditional drawing and sculpting. If I'm lucky I'm gonna attend the "Designskolen i Danmark" when I'm done with this school and a photo school and stuff like that. :)
I think it's wonderfull to participate in the seti@home... I mean.. wouldn't it be awesome if someone in here actually discovered another sentient living spicies somewhere out there :)
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Yah i think extraterrestrial life exists. I mean.. there's a HUGE universe out there and it would, in my oppinion, be strange if we were all alone in the universe.

Sending out a beacon.. that'd be a good idea for sure... but.. kinda hard to select what it should contain since we have no idea how any given "alien" society would communicate. Therefore a beacon sent out by us with drawings and math and dna and all kinds of stuff could be impossible to understand for any given alien spicies. But it's worth a shot.

I run seti@home because i want to help out since i find the idea og "alien" spiecies intriguing. The project itself is a great great idea. a massive way to use the internet for the better of all.
