My hobbies are reading (history, militaria, science fiction), progressive politics (active on the blog Bring It On!), computers, and shooting. My wife is a social worker who specializes in working with veterans, the homeless, and the mentally ill. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I'm running SETI@home because it's an important project and needs all the support it can get. While I agree with Carl Sagan that although the vastness of the universe virtually guarantees that many other technological civilizations have existed, exist, or will exist, it's doubtful that any will be close enough in time and space for us to find each other, it's always worth trying. |
