Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Probabilty suggests that we cannot live on the only planet with life in an infinite amount of planets, therefore life exists on other planets.

Humans were/are afraid of the unknown, which is why some worshiped thunder others volcanoes; today we study both with calculated risk and we came up with new unknowns to worship.

I run SETI@Home because every being can initiate change and every effort counts towards learning more about the world around us. Knowledge gathered about the world and the universe comes from action not theories and the results should be spread to maximize the pool for theories.
