My wife and I are both semi-retired and live in northern Maine on the border with New Brunswick Canada. I am a 1981 graduate of Northern Arizona University with a B. S. in archaeology. I am an amateur astronomer using a 10 inch Dobsonian reflector, and I am an Extra Class amateur radio operator. I am also a US Army Vietnam Veteran [July, 1970 - February, 1972].
Since May 1999 while using Seti-at-Home "Classic" I accumulated 18,985 hours of CPU time and processed 1,245 workunits. I recently became active again with SETI-at-Home, mainly due to the purchase of a much faster computer. It's a real hot rod. |
