| I'm a 23 year old Student persuing an AAS: Computer Information Technology w/ networking option from my local college. Computers are my hobby hopefully soon a career. I have always been interested in the possibility of Space Exploration, including the Search for E.T. Intelligence. I am also a supporter of the colonization of nearby planets such as the Moon and Mars. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. I run seti in the hope that I can do something to contribute to finding Life on Other Planets.
2. SETI is ahead of it's time, it is a worthy project. It's all a numbers game, we simply cannot be alone in the universe. The universe may be lonely and definately huge, but most certianly NOT empty.
3. Is there a way to "turn up the microphone" so to speak. Perhaps we are simply not listening hard enough. What if ET is simply being drowned out by all the background noise. |
