Hello,
My name is Tim and I live in Stevens Point, WI. I am 49 years young as of this moment. I am presently disabled suffering acute renal failure and am awaiting a kidney transplant. My main hobbies are messing around on the internet, reading, and school. I was a Registered Nurse and graduated from The School of Nursing at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. Due to the lifting and running as a nurse, I can no longer do the job physically. My intentions are to go back to school and major in computer information systems at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I run SETI@home because I find the idea of helping in the search of the galaxies to be important. Being a huge fan of Carl Sagan, I feel that SETI is a way to carry on his legacy. I think the SETI project is a very astute way in combing space for possible life. It does not rely solely on government funding as far as I can tell. |
