| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I initially became interested in SETI@home as a benchmarking tool for my computer systems, seeing how fast they could finish a work unit. The more I read about it and saw what I was doing to help science, the more I wanted to continue doing it. Hopefully we can find some sort of proof that we aren't alone out there after all. |
