I'm an undergraduate physics student at Penn State aiding research in particle physics for the summer. I was born and raised in a little town called Greencastle in south-central PA. I enjoy tinkering with things, anything Doctor Who related, and spending time with my lovely girlfriend, Rachel.
For the most part, I'll be running SETI@Home on a Dell E1705 with a 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo and 1 GB RAM running under Windows. I've got a Linux partition running Debian 3.1 Sarge that I use for research-related items, and if I'm ever under that with a net connection I'll still run SETI@Home. I've also got a 1 GHz Athlon that I have running, though it probably doesn't offer much. |
