While I doubt that contact is likely to happen though radio waves (If some one is smart enough to figure out interplanetary travel, they probably figured out something more efficient than radio for communications.) But it's an interesting idea. Then the odd "what if..." comes up, And that's what intreques me. Why not help out in some small way?
