Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
To be honest, I don't beleive there is any intelligent life
out there. People can't understand why I feel this way, and I
can't explain it other than my "gut feeling". The way I look at it
is this: If I'm right, then I get to pat myself on the back, if I'm
wrong, well so be it - but won't it be even more cool to know someone
else is out there!
