Profile: Sally

Personal background
Something about me, what can I say. I am 54 and I am now enjoying being who I should have been all my life. I am happily living with my girlfriend Sue.

In my former life I was an electronics technician in the RAF. I have always wondered if there was someone else out there ever since Telstar went into obit. I have always been a keen follower of all the space missions, I remember being sat in front of the TV with my eyes fixed on the pictures of the first moon landing 20th July 1969 hardly daring to breath.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
The main reason I run SETI@home as because I find it hard to believe that we are alone in the vastness of the universe. The chances that we will never meet any other lifeform but it will be great to find out that we are not alone.
