| Wow you must be pretty bored if you're reading this, and I'm pretty bored to be typing it. Either way, we're both here and I guess I should tell you about myself. I'm 14 years old, and live in SW Pennsylvania. I'm appariently a computer geek if I'm running SETI@home. I'm also a fan of dirt biking and quad riding, as well as watching and occasionally playing football (American football that is). Golf is a passion of mine as well, however I rarely get to play. I also love guitar, and am certainly a headbanger. |

| I just started running SETI@Home as of 3/5/06, just to mess around. I read a thread on http://www.technutopia.com/forum/ and decided to give it a wack. I've always had a thing for space (yes, I'm a Star Trek fan), and figured that SETI@home would be the best project for me. As of the moment I'm running SETI on both my main computer, a Pentium 4 2.8Ghz w/HT (which can knock out a packet in just over 3 hours, sometimes a whole 4) and my laptop (which has plenty of idle time) which is a 1.7Ghz Athlon. I've also got a small 400Mhz Celeron that is running SETI. |
