Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I saw first time the screensaver at work and wondered what is was. As I found out the purpose of it I first time started using it year 2000. Then I forgot it for a little while until I save the movie First Contact witch was kind of interesting mindplay of what if? After that I bought a new computer and I dowloaded the client and started using it again.
The Project is a kind interesting mix of optimism and science fiction. If you think seriously how possible it would be really to find a signal from all of the radio noise it's hard to believe, but then again what if? On the other hand I personally think that radio waves are kind simple way of get I touch. But how knows anyhow...
