| If I thought ET's didn't exist I wouldn't be doing all of this. Humans will probably discover it when the aliens visit us first, otherwise it will take many many years before we have the ability to travel to thier home worlds and discover them ourselves. Were the ancient Indians trying to find the white man? No, and then the white man found them and look what happened. Maybe I'm a little cynical in my young age but we may find ourselves in trouble when the alien man shows up. I run seti@home because I want to help see if there is life out there, because I'm convinced there is, I don't think we are ready as a society communicate with them but I want to know for a fact that they exist before I die. |
