Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Why Seti?
I'm interested in astronomy. During the night when I'm watching the stars through my telescope I always get a little bit philosophical. I know there are a lot of planets around the stars I'm watching at. I can't imagine that this planet we live on is the only planet which supports live.
Seti@Home
I started with this project already many years ago. Seti@Home was the first Distributed Project which I heard from. I know E.T. exists somewhere, I realize that the change we will find extra terrestial life with this project is limited but we are humans, we have to try :)
