| Hello there, my name is Michael. I'm from Gerlafingen, near Solothurn in switzerland. I founded one of todays biggest swiss metal webzines, the metalchannel, when i was 15. Now, three years later, i'm doing an apprenticeship as a IT-Man (Don't really know the right word). Well, if you want to know anything else about me, you're free to ask. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| Well, todays computers do not meet my requirements, so even if i'm working with the hardest RAM-eating-and-CPU-sucking application my computer (and mostly all the others on my account) are near the idle state. My thought was, that all those computers could do something instead of just waiting for real work. And so I found Seti@home. And somehow i think, that there could be some life out there, i mean it can't be that we're the only ones right? That's why I thought that seti is the right project for me. |
