I've been running Setiathome for many years, but when I downloaded the BOINC software for some reason it was unable to recognize setiathome as valid.
Here's what it says in user_info.sah:

I notice that there's no email_addr in that file for some reason.
Anyway, I've deleted BOINC, created a new seti account, am about to download and install BOINC again, and we'll see what happens this time.
