| Personal background |
I am a student working at the university in the computing centre. I am a great fan of astronomy, radioastronomony, new concepts in physics and of course a fan of any research that moves the human species even further. I am using a 1,5GHz pentium IV (winxp), sometimes a 2x1GHz(linux), and a 1,2 GHz amd duron.
I do not know how many results a day I submit, but I feel good about my contribution to the project.

SETI is an intriguing concept.
I run seti@home because I want to contribute, I want to support people I trust, who do all the work. I am fascinated by this project, no other explanation.
