Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think the program is a great idea, it gets people involved in the SETI project and helps them to understand its aims and how it could hopefully benefit mankind on a long term basis. Plus there is the slight chance that my pc processes the data that contains part of a message from ETs :oD
