Hi all from sunny Canberra, the capital of Australia. I am just an ordinary guy who fell into computing years ago (no formal training).
I love the thought of using idle computing capacity to do scientific projects. While I don't have lots of computers to put forward to the task I have put as many as I can into the workload.
I started doing this in about 1999 or 2000, and have contributed to this and other projects since then.
My aim is to retire (less than 2 years to go!!!!!!) and then hit the road with a caravan and 4WD to see the rest of Australia that I have so far missed (and that's a pretty big chunk).
