Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I want to contribute to exploring the possibility that there is other life out there...pretty standard reason...

2. I think the project is great!!! Space exploration in ANY form is important! Humanity is going to have to look into space more and more in the future if we're going to survive as a species...its only a matter of time before we overpopulate this planet...were gonna need to find other places to live...

3. Is it possible to reunite me with my old SETI@home stats? I've been here since May 2003 and I had 1708 data units and 16269 hrs 39 min 52.9 sec of computer time logged on my classical SETI@home account. I couldn't remember the password to it when I had to switch over!!! GRRR...can anyone find it possibly? I'm under the same user name (marley)
