I reside in the small town of Dexter,Mo. In the south-east corner called the bootheel. I'm 40 years old w/ a birthdate of Nov. 17 (hence the user name leonidman). Hobbies include astronomy, reading, pets, adding performance items to my '83 Olds, military history (20th century).
I'm a U.S. Army veteran and very proud of that fact serving 1982-1986 in the 1/11 & 2/3 ACR. |

| When I was a child my older brother used to tell me that the Martians were coming to get me. That made quite an impression on my young mind. I've always been interested in astronomy getting my start by reading the complete Ray Bradbury and Isaac Asimov collection in our town library by age 11. I guess I can say I've believed in ET for a long time and now I'm doing my little bit to help find them. They are out there, I hope. But remember someone has to be the first to create the technology to explore the stars. Is it us? |
