1. This would be a revolutionary discovery, and we can help in it.
2. We won't discover anything past 100 light years away. Radio is too slow.
3. Look in the region of Orion's belt and the Horse Head Nebula.
4. Keep looking periodically in the WOW signal area in Sagittarius(~RA of 19hr26' +/- 4' ;and DEC of -27 +/- 0.5deg)
