Personal background |
I am a 50-year old in western Canada whose main hobby interest over 34 years has been Amateur radio. In particular, I enjoy contacting distant stations via HF radio. I know very little about astronomy, but the desire to learn more in this field has always been just below the surface. Within one year, I expect to live full-time in a very electrically and optically "quiet" region with lots of physical space of my own. What should I do with that opportunity? |
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
I am a newcomer to BOINC, but SETI and Einstein are my first two attempts to contribute. I have additional computers that may become available to participate within one year. I want to learn more about the results being achieved by Einstein and other BOINC projects. This will make participation more interesting. |
