I'm from Serbia and I run small electronic engineering company. I like working with all the latest technologies. It's fun :)
Besides that, I'm active in various community related actions like running projects in a local Society of engineers and technicians (I'm vicepresident there), Wiki web site for electronics people in Serbia, and obviously helping in SETI@Home project.
I also established Science, Technology and Business Library in my own town so that kids around here can learn about all of those things. Before I started this project, local library had books not newer than 1968! Imagine that! :) |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

It seems that my computers (I have two of them) can run BOINC software all the time (not just when computers are inactive) without decreased performance so I was thinking "Why not?".
Besides, it feels good to know that all of those kilowatts of energy are not wasted on some dumb screensaver :)
Also, I think that my participation in a SETI@Home project has something to do with the fact that one of my favorite movies is The Contact :) Say no more! :) |
