| I am a 19 year old college student. I am from Omaha, Nebraska, USA and attend Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. I love reading, music, football...I have many passions but those are probably the most recognizable and tangible. I have been interested in SETI for years, and in space for as long as I can remember. I basically just stumbled upon this site and was intrigued about the SETI@Home program. It didn't take long for me to decide to sign up! |

| Why do I run SETI@home? Well, without sounding to idelaistic or philosophical, I have always felt that theere must be someone, something else out there. The thought that we mgiht be alone is not only unfathomable and too big to think about, but depressing. As long as there is still a chance, then there is reason to hope and learn and begin to undertsand and realize the mysteries and beauty of the universe. |
