I will confess that after watching the first season of "Falling Skies," as well as the movies "Independence Day" and "War of the Worlds," I sometimes find myself questioning the wisdom of the entire SETI@Home project. Or suppose their favorite book turns out to be something called "To Serve Man?"
When not assisting in mankind's search for intelligent life on other planets, hostile or not, I drive a cab in Fairfax, VA.
