Profile: Warren K Hall

Personal background
I am Warren Hall from Adair, OK. I have been a member of SETI@home since 2002 when I inadvertantly came across it while browsing NASA's Hubble site. I was born in 1967 and have always had a facination for Extraterrestrial Life, which I can probably say stemmed from watching "Star Trek" as a kid, as well as "Close Encounters of A Third Kind", and "Star Wars". I am a member of the Oklahoma National Guard, and served with the 25th Inf. Div. in Hawaii for 4 years. I am presently going to school to fly Helicopters, at present I am a Shift Supervisor at a Regimental Training Program for Adjudicated Youth. My hobbies include Star Gazing, playing the X-box with my kids, fishing, and tricking out my vehicles.
I am glad to be a part of this and am sure that with all of us working together we will find what we are all searching for.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1) I run SETI@home in order to. hopefully, be one of the people who find a radio signal from the deepest reaches of space. I feel that it would be a GREAT honor to be one of the people who found that signal in a download.
2) My views about the project are of the utmost admiration to the founders for allowing people like myself to participate. I fully believe in what they started and what we are tring to accomplish.
3) I do not have any suggestions at this time. You are doing a wonderfull job.
