Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
My thoughts in general.
With hundreds of millions of stars in our galaxy and millions of galaxies, it is incenceivable that intelligent life has not sprung up elsewhere.
Mankind has been exploring the planet ever since he walked upright and this has been paramount in the development of the species. To further progress man must, now that he has the capability, look outwards to find other civilisations wherever they may be, and by so doing further enhance his knowledge. |
