Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Definitely think there's e.t life elsewhere. Finding it is another story, no idea as to when this will happen or if it will ever happen.
The benefits and dangers range from low to high since we have idea to whom we are to make contact with if we ever do. They might be willing to enter into contact with us for both good or bad reasons.
