| Personal background |
Hailing from Alberta, Canada, I've been on the SETI program since 2004 and the ROSETTA Project on March 19, 2013.
Suffering from an incompltete spinal cord injury in 2005, I used my computer mainly to learn how to overcome neural damage. However, I decided to keep my computer focussed on SETI to continue scanning the heavens for any signs of terristial life.
I joined the ROSETTA project when my mom was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer ( Glioblastioma Multiforme). This kind of cancer begins at the worst level possible (stage 4) and is the most agressive type. All CANCER cells begin to form when there is a change or damage in a genetic chain. ROSSETTA does GENETIC research on various major diseases, one being CANCER.
I now have 3 computers and all of them are dedicated to 'crunch the numbers' for the above two projects. Though on a very limited income, I only wish I could afford more computers or do more upgrades to crunch even more numbers. There are so many worthy projects out there!

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
Is there life out there? Will extra terristial life be found? Oh so many theories abound, don't they! Join the Seti@home group.
Is genetic research going to find a cure for Cancer and many other diseases? Yes. The sooner the better. Join the ROSETTA Project.
Join any group, they need our extra computer power in order to learn about so many things that are beneficial to mankind.
Thank you to U of C Berkeley's SETI staff for making this all possible.
