Our names are Tom and Heather and we live in Wisconsin. We are both into
sci-fi. It fascinates both of us. We did SETI for a long time before we moved here and it kind of got lost in the shuffle but we are back and having a great time "watching for E.T."
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Yes we think that humans should send out a beacon for other intelligent life to find. As far as what we should send, that is a tough question because everyone we are sure has a different opinion on this subject. We personally feel that the information sent should contain information about our race and earth. Maybe information on how to respond to our transmission so that they may contact us back for further future communication.
