Been running seti since 1999.
I have 3computers (2 intel duel core, 2.53gh, running linux and xp and a quad core duel running windows7) networked together. Just switched to Mint linux from slackware which I used from its start.
Computers are just a hobby and have been since 1980 when I bought my first Trs 80. A 2001 Jeep Wrangler TJ , a canon 5D Mark III, and a canon 50D.
I am a 68 year old male, been married for 44 years to a wonderful woman as she lets me have my hobbies. |

| In this universe it is hard to think that we are the only beings out there. The vastness of it sure would be a waste that we were the only ones. hopefully someday there will be first contact and they will be looking as hard for us as we are for them. hopefully they will be more intelegent than we have shown to be..... |
