I'm a student living in NSW, Australia. I came across SETI through ATS where I have been a member for some time.
I believe that we are not alone in our solar system (and if for some odd reason you do think that you are very nieve) and that governments have been in contact with extraterrestrials for many years.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI to hopefully find evidence of life in the galaxy (governments obviously aren't going to inform us of them for a while).
SETI is a great way for my to computer to do something worthwhile while I'm not using it and it allows me to actually DO something about trying to proove that life exists out there.
